Tuzhi collects: the account (email or phone, and a password hash), photos and text you send for a photo check, and posts or replies you write in Q&A.

Diagnosis photos are only used to match a guide. They are not shown in public unless you yourself post them in Q&A.

A photo check sends the pictures to Tuzhi’s server (currently hosted in the United States), then to the model vendor xAI (api.x.ai). That service is outside China, so the photos may leave the country. Purpose: one matching pass. Kinds: crop photos, lab-sheet photos, the words you type. Recipients: Tuzhi’s server and xAI. Safeguards: HTTPS; photos are not used as publicity; we do not sell them to advertisers.

How long we keep them: diagnosis photos are for that one pass; we do not keep a public album of originals. Accounts and Q&A posts stay in the database until you ask us to delete them.

Access, withdraw, delete: write to the contact email with your login address. We will delete the account and any diagnosis photos and posts we can find. The contact mailbox itself is Gmail, so replies also leave the country.

Sign-in is email or phone only — not Google, X, or WeChat. A phone number is a login name, not a verified number, and we do not send SMS codes.

Diagnosis and the field guide are for learning. They do not replace an extension station or a lab. For serious damage, go to the local station.

Do not photograph unrelated faces, ID cards, or someone else’s field. Shoot your own crop, leaves and soil surface.
